Beautiful illustrations and beautiful message to let our light shine because we have great worth. An amazing message within the story of Christmas. A great reminder for both child and adult during a hectic and stressful time of year. The book led to great discussions with my daughter about who she is and how she can be a light to those around her at school and home.
There’s a sweet song at the end to learn. My daughter loves and song and will hum it as I read.

A Beautiful and Tender Story

Just received the book. It is a beautiful and tender story. I love it! I look forward to sharing it with my daughter who sometimes struggles to see her worth. I also look forward to sharing it with my soon-to-be stepson. He has brittle bone disease and sometimes struggles to see his place among his peers. Just ordered copies for my siblings and mom for Christmas. I want them to experience the story too!
